More publicity about AOM Ribbons will be send to Ribbon chair, rather than to try saving shipping Great help from members this year - much improved over past ones. I will contact the other club that wants to share a judge. Sari Tietjen is offered as judge for the all breeds. Christy motions that we contact this judge for our remaining 2009 judge and if she is not judging groups over the weekend to see if she will stay after for a casual convcersation, QnA session. Fund raising need to figure out how to go forward with collecting advertising for the calanders so that we can have them ready to publish. Need to be sure publish spans the National.

2010 National Theme - Enchanted Evening (Thursday) Rainbows and Roses (Friday National) Canine Cavier and critterbeds will sponsor - we will include links from our WEB site to their pages. Trish to work with chainsaw carver to make carved Pom National Sheila's company will ship if the winner needs. Their company gets big discount. For High combined get same as breed trophy, also consider getting another smaller one for raffle. Trish to talk with wood carver to see if we can make a deal with two. Sheila and Christy to get budget set for National show. Need to make a 2009 - 2010 trophy donations listing for next meeting.
Fundraising - Calandar Diana to send calandar informaiton to Christy. We decided on an 18 month calandar. July month is club member group photo. Raffle the cover page, included one month inside. Each month page sells for $40. Christy motions that we take the cover and July for the club and that we sell the remaining 14 months. Sheila second, all in favor. Dorothy (Sept), Trish (May), Sheila (Dec), Diana (Jan/Feb), Robin (May), Christy (October), Michelle (August). Ten remaining to sell.

Michelle motions we have a non-sanctioned funmatch all breed confirmation and obedience in Jan. Michelle to be match chairman and work with Ann - Identify facility and date. We need have those items identified by next meeting. Entry $5 confirmation, obed 5 for one run 8 for two. Christy proposes, CGC test - Michelle 2009 chair to request Sat/Sunday that we have show times early in the day. Need to request from Cathy Corbitt location to have CGC at Stumptown 11-4PM. Charge $15 per entry. ALL CLUB MEMBERS NEED TO BE THERE TO HELP! Sheil second, All in favor. Michelle would like us all to try to get more members. Would like us all to encourage all to push it. Guest, Lisa - volunteers (if elected to join) to post listings at locations likely to bring in supporters/donations to the club. Diana suggests to make lifetime members an option. General consinsence is that there really is no interest in that. Diana suggest to make something on the WEB site to give the benefits of being a member. Trish suggests (via Terry McIntyre) that we sell priority seating in ropped off section - maybe a padded seat. american temperment test society - Ann to find out informiaton on how to administer these tests and how to go about putting on these tests. Health clinics - Gary Woods is available in 2009 for heart clinic. Diana to contact Cathy about availablity. Christy proposes that we focus on one clinic this round so that we are not getting ahead of ourselves. Sheila proposes that we work with 3-c's on ensuring that there is equipment available for National. Make sure we are advertising availability. Add on to the trophy donations list a section for hospotality donations. Diana is to chair corporate fundraising efforts. Lisa submitted application for membership.
